My new kitchen table arrived today! The 2 green chairs are on back order until August and 1 blue chair was damaged, so I will still be getting 3 more chairs, but for now I have the 2 reds, 2 whites and 1 blue.
The table with the leaf in it is 54" x 54" and although it fits in the kitchen area fine, we put the leaf away and now it is 36" x 54" and seems to fit better with lots of space around it and I think it will work great when it is just the 5 of us and besides, Ellen only eats with us occassionally now! I am sure the whole house will be looking better once we get the green couch downstairs and all the dark furniture out!
